Feels Good to be Out of school

I remember the day I realized that I was done with my first year in college. I felt like I had achieved a fete that no one else has ever set sight on let alone accomplished. I felt proud of myself, and was sure that my friends, parents and neighbors will look at me from a different perspective. Little did I know that the world is no respecter of persons, or dreams.

My first few days at home were spent on my gaming console, trying to cat up on the new games I missed while at college. I spent money on snacks, and spoilt my rapport with my parents because I was ever glued onto my screen. I thought that this was the actual meaning of being out of school, and no longer being a sophomore.

Come to think of it latter, it is not how bad you become, it is not about how rebellious you can get, what matters is what you get out of the entire escapade. Some of my friends got jobs, they now drive to school; others became good to their parents who in turn rewarded them in their own ways.

Close line? some people benefit while others do not, it all depends on how you deal with people and maintain you reputation even when you are free.

Growing weeds

When I say weed, I don’t mean dope! God forbid I ever thought about that. I mean real plants that farmers otherwise deemed as weeds before they realized that the so called weed can be the very savior to their financial problems. A plant going by the name Mobydick, which is a weed in Kenya is catching trend as a commercial export plant in some parts of Nyanza and western Kenya. I do not have more to say about this unless you demand for a detailed review because seriousl, IT IS A WEED!

Freelancing

Freelancing is not a common thing to every one even if it is to you. this is one of the simplest ways to making money without having to jostle for the bus in the morning only to quarrel with your boss for being late to work. I started freelancing a while back and I have been able to lead a considerably comfortable life from what I earn. There however are some earn online tricks that you must obey to ensure that you get the best jobs. (the tips will be coming soon, watch this space.)

Sell something or a service

This is the mother of all ways of making money. You ask me, how is it weird? Well I don’t know. It is a wide field. You can decide to sell whatever you think somebody will buy but since no one has ever ventured there, people will think you are mad. The fact remains, if you have a unique idea, make it come to live and monetize others. Though there be no path before you, you definitely will leave one behind.
